Persist<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When the sky is dark and gray<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And no more does sunshine pour<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It becomes so easy to slip away<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To create of lesser, more<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To wander aimless in time and space<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Or even into self<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To forget what\u2019s just above the clouds<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And lose sight of our great wealth<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Which lies not in silk lined pockets<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not found in coin or gold<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But rather in our kin and health<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the nuance of the fold<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the small of little victories<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In all the simple things<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We find what is most dear to us<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The joy achievement brings<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To be happy and most content<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Is but God\u2019s greatest gift<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Persevere and know true victory<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And too great will be no rift<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yet sometimes we must look upward<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the hour of life exposed<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We must know Him and His love<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To keep the course composed<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We must seek never a ending patience<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And strive resolve divine<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We must aim but always higher<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To tend the flower and the vine<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We must try to be strong always<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

View the glen as green and blooming<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We must maintain our steadfast focus<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To mount every challenge looming<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So go forth with unshaken fervor<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But most of all with purpose<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Never ever think surrender<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Have conviction straight and furious<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Be ever vigilant and zenith bound<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ever able with tools a plenty<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Be ever grateful but firm on ground<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ever stable with the support of many<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then if you know just where to look<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you can find this peace<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Forever will you know a path<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No foe shall bring defeat<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And you will be made whole again<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your armor battle ready<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Prepared to face the coming storm<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your sword light, sharp and steady<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Only then will dark skies pass<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Will gray cease from plains above<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To address the root and pluck it<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In thyself to trust and love<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But know this when night is nearest<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You will never be alone<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Always in your corner loyal<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Both God, and I your stone<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Count on us at any moment<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We will come whenever called<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To help strengthen your defenses<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To remind of lessons auld<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To predict that storms will pass<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the face of fear, be brave<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t give up on dreams of glory<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fight until you hit the grave<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Just know when it\u2019s dark and cloudy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

That light somewhere exists<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We owe this much to us and Him<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
