Gerry and the Dreambenders show at Hi-Desert Harley-Davidson

The Gerry and the Dreambenders Show at High Desert Harley-Davidson in Meridian on Saturday was a dynamic event for a good cause. The show, anchoring the end location of the 100 mile BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) ride, was enjoyed by all. With ride and event proceeds going to the charity, it was a fun event for both riders and those who just came to enjoy the music and watch the bikers ride in. The Treasure Valley Chapter of BACA did a tremendous job putting the event on while Gerry and the Dreambenders provided their ever-popular British Invasion Rock Tribute along with some choice songs from Tom Petty too. while enjoying the Gerry and the Dreambenders Show at High Desert Harley-Davidson, guests dined on Pizza from Woodstock Pizza Truck as well as hotdogs and brats grilled up by Indian Motorcycles.

High Desert Harley-Davidson, in partnering with Gerry and the Dreambenders and BACA, really showed they care about the community and the problems of child abuse. The Gerry and the Dreambenders Show at High Desert Harley-Davidson was a great way to spend Saturday, whether you were a serious Harley rider or not. It was also very impressive to see the variety of bikes as the riders came in from the ride, some chopped, some built out, some stock but all impressive.

Of course, the most impressive part of this day’s ride and event was that all of these bikers were doing this, as well as the Gerry and the Dreambenders Show at High Desert Harley-Davidson, for Bikers Against Child Abuse. Their concern for this worldwide problem is commendable, both by the biker clubs and also by Gerry and the Dreambender’s Mike Wallace, who is a big proponent of playing music to support charity and veteran’s groups. It’s hard to beat a day with good food, good music and good fun for all, as well as an excellent day to ride!
